Pan-India Delivery:
We ship to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners, including metro cities, tier-2 cities, tier-3 cities, and rural areas across India.
1.2 International Shipping
International shipping is currently under development. If you're interested in ordering from outside India, please contact us at info@alkhairperfumes.com, and we'll do our best to arrange special shipping for you.
1.3 Serviceable Locations
We partner with leading courier services to ensure maximum coverage. However, some remote or restricted areas may have limited serviceability. During checkout, you can verify if your pin code is serviceable.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Our standard delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
Jammu & Kashmir
Priority delivery within our home state including Srinagar, Jammu, and surrounding areas.

4. Order Processing

Immediate: You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details right after purchase.
Step 2: Order Processing
1-2 Business Days: Our team carefully picks, inspects, and securely packs your products with protective materials.
Step 3: Shipment Dispatch
Within 24-48 Hours: Your order is handed to our courier partner. You'll receive tracking details via email and SMS.
Step 4: In Transit
Varies by Location: Your package travels through the courier network. Track it in real-time using your tracking link.
Step 5: Out for Delivery
Final Day: Your order reaches the local delivery hub and is assigned to a delivery executive.
Step 6: Delivered!
At Your Doorstep: Your Alkhair Perfumes package arrives. Please inspect before accepting.
Cut-off Times:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

6. Delivery Guidelines
6.1 Address Accuracy
Critical: Verify Your Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and includes:
- Complete street address with house/building number
- Landmark for easy identification
- Correct pin code
- Active mobile number
- Alternative contact number (recommended)
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6.2 Receiving Your Delivery
- Be Available: Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the package
- Verify Before Accepting: Check the package for any visible damage before accepting
- Valid ID: The delivery person may ask for ID verification for high-value orders
- Sign Receipt: You may be required to sign a delivery receipt or provide an OTP
6.3 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed:
- The courier will make 2-3 delivery attempts
- You'll receive a call/SMS from the delivery executive
- If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our facility
- You may be charged for re-shipment costs
- Unclaimed packages will be refunded minus shipping charges

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe:

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for select locations across India.
COD Guidelines:
- Available for orders up to ₹5,000
- COD charges: ₹50 per order
- Payment must be made in exact cash to the delivery person
- COD orders may take 1-2 additional days for processing
- Not available for all pin codes (check at checkout)
